Benefits:
Immediately noticed an improvement in tight turns, crossovers, and acceleration out of turns. The biggest surprise to me was crossovers; you really feel like you have more blade on the ice when pushing under on your outside edge.
Disadvantages:
None really. I guess they're slightly heavier than a traditional blade, but the cut outs in the design help mitigate that

Benefits:
Improved stability with turning. Better glide speed because it allows for shallower hollow. I use a 3/4” FBV instead of the traditional 1/2”
Disadvantages:
None as of yet.

Benefits:
Turning, stopping, and starting are precise, powerful, and easy to control. The blades are light and hold their sharpening for a long time.
Disadvantages:
Sharpening requires careful attention to ensure edges are level.
